No endpoint lists issued codes yet. A code is shown once when it is issued.
The Facilitator indicates who edits it, but doesn't edit it directly. This is set per round: pick one cell below and that cell's player gets the editable Mission field on the Overview page starting this round, carrying forward into later rounds until you change it again for a later round. Until you pick one, no one can edit it.
See the Situation page for the full consequence-model reference chain. These are the real regulatory authorities that mechanically move the dashboard, once invoked and past their institutional delay, plus manual overrides for improvising injects.
Scenario injects
Upload one spreadsheet holding the whole exercise. Columns: Round, Cell, Title, Body. Leave Cell blank to send an inject to every cell. Nothing is saved until you press Import.
Calibrate this session's starting conditions against real-world reference figures you supply, published capacity-utilization reports, trade or import data, public health surveillance indicators. This does not fetch live data on its own; enter figures you've sourced yourself. Best done before or at the start of a run.
Rule-based ranking of which decisions and events moved the dashboard the most, which regulatory levers were never used, plus an AI-written narrative on what worked and what an alternative strategy might have done differently. Included automatically in the Excel export once generated.
For each decision the room took, what the exercise would have looked like at the end if that decision had not been taken. Each one is removed on its own and the exercise replayed with the same events, so only the decision differs. Available once the exercise has ended.

Record
Every state change is a new row rather than an update, so a run replays and the after-action report charts the trajectory rather than the endpoint.
Dashboard
ScenarioThe operating picture: the season, what the room reads, and what it has spent.
The season, and what is left of it
Preview only. No exercise is loaded. Drag to see how the gap opens. Open water days are weather and never move for a decision. Usable delivery days fall with time and with everything the room spends. When usable reaches zero while open water still reads days remaining, the season is not over and the room can no longer use it.
Command brief
The mission a room reads at the start of each round. Written per scenario, per round.
GIS Workspace
ScenarioOne intake point, and every alternative failing on one attribute. Reference only: this does not move with the exercise.
Rail and road come from Natural Earth 1:10m, public domain, clipped to the Alaska state boundary. They are generalised corridors rather than survey alignments, and they read as approximate when zoomed in. Route numbers are from the source. Corridor names are added here, and each popup says so. The Whittier rail spur is truncated in the source, so the Anton Anderson tunnel appears on the road layer only rather than being drawn by hand.
Delivery areas are drawn as points at approximate centroids. They are operational descriptions rather than administrative units, and no authority publishes boundaries for them, so a polygon here would be a device drawn as geography. Census borough and area shapes are the defensible proxy if boundaries are wanted later.
Map
ScenarioNot yet built. The reference geography moved to the GIS workspace; this page is for something else.
To be decided
Left empty on purpose rather than filled with a copy of the workspace. Two pages showing the same map is how a room stops knowing which one to look at.

Injects and events
Drawn from the scenario event library. Each carries provenance: precedented with a source, plausible, or a device built for the exercise. The platform rejects an event claiming precedent with no source.

Lever options
Each lever declares a label, a delay and its effects. Insulin has six. NorthStar will have its own, and the delays should be in whatever units the scenario actually operates in.
