Start and End need two clicks. Advancing does not: it is pressed once a period and a confirm on every press is friction eight times over. A round cannot be un-advanced.
An ended exercise can be reopened to run more rounds. Decisions already made are not reopened with it, and a new after-action report is produced rather than the earlier one being replaced.

The season, and what is left of it

Delivery areas are drawn as points at approximate centroids. They are operational descriptions rather than administrative units, and no authority publishes boundaries for them, so a polygon here would be a device drawn as geography. Census borough and area shapes are the defensible proxy if boundaries are wanted later.
